plugs are 2 weeks old. happened after i added octane booster. think anything's wrong though? i also dropped my exhaust manifold and saw that same brown shit on my valves

hmm......i would run out the gas you have in your tank (since the octane booster is in it), clean off those plugs, and see what it looks like after you run it w/o octane booster. sounds like it's possibly related to that; just a byproduct of combustion with the octane booster.

that color is from a fuel additive ... it is consitered normal i used to get that all the time on my mustang when i used to put the lead additive in ..... .. the car is fine just clean the plugs

The octane booster is what is causing that, I have been told by many tuning gurus not to use octane booster because of that reason, it causes the entire inside of your engine to turn that color. Octane booster is not even worth the money, you are better off to add a gallon of racing gas to your tank of fuel instead of buying octane booster. I would highly recomend you stop using octane booster.

The deposits that octane booster makes me wonder why it's still on the market. Plus it doesn’t even work.

People buy it thinking it will somehow make their 9:1 compression motor sell it. Over time it will just reduce engine live.
