nope....need a legal catalytic, test pipe will not pass, the only way to pass is that your state doesnt have emission control. for me, i live in NC and you have to have it. SC dont have emissions.

plus it is illegal to take off your cat, if they find you without one you can be fined $1000 https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/acura1.gif

Well I wouldn't/don't care about the legality of removing the cat, but I certainly wouldn't risk going through inspections w/o one, it's just too easy to put one back on for inspection. You won't pass and if they start snooping around, you're almost certain to get caught and fined. Funny how they make all these blanket emission laws, but it's still okie doke to buy a 5l+ gas guzzling, polution creating, road smashing, car driver killing, roll-over toasters...er SUV. Just love trying to see around one of these POSs w/ dark tinted windows.

I dont have a Cat on my integra and i have to have an inspection soon, I live in Missouri and wondered if MO is a state that strickly enforces emmissions

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I think no cat is a violation of federal law, so I would worry more about being caught for no cat when/if you fail emission then actually passing emissions, if that makes sense to you.
