89 civic lx cluster wire diagram
 

ok i sat and traced wires for awhile tonight from 3am-4:22am and this is what i got....note this is for YOU INFORMATION ONLY!! I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU USE THIS AND IT DOESNT WORK OR SENDS YOU CAR INTO A BALL OF FLAMES!! that being said im pretty sure i got all of it right.....

starting from right to left with the 11 pin connector...

yellow/green- temp gauge
blue- Tach
white/blue- battery
black/yellow- battery (previous wire and this one loop into each other weird)
red- light (tach)
red/black- light (tach ground?)
green/brown-check engine light
yellow/red- check oil light
yellow/white-fuel gauge (power?) has a single copper track,no other connection
yellow- power? i wanna say this is a power wire...but dont know for sure
green left turn signal

now for the 7 pin connect starting right to left again....

green/yellow-right turn signal
green/black- power? it has an arrow pointing at it and it looks like + at the tip of it
red/blue- highbeam light
yellow/red- seat belt light
green/red- parking brake light
yellow/red- speedo (power) again single copper track that touches nothing else
black- ground? im sayin this is a ground seeing as it touches practically everything on the cluster

i will wire this up to my gsr cluster in acouple weeks then come back and correct any mistakes...in the mean time feel free if you want to try and lemme know if im right lol. when i say the light the wire runs to i track the copper track to the FIRST light it touches and thats why i say that wire runs to that. and im guessing the second track is the ground but im not sure yet. anyways hope some of this might help......
