Passenger Airbag Light
 

I have a 2013 Honda CRV. The passenger airbag light is on in the radio display, is that normal? I took it to the Honda dealership and they said they can't find anything wrong with it. That light was not on when I bought it and the car only has 1000 miles on it.

I'd say go to a different dealership or call corporate. If the car is this new, you should not have any issues that cannot be repaired for free.

does it have a pressure sensor in the passenger seat? a lot of new cars turn off the passenger airbag if theres no one sitting in it so it doesnt go off if it doesnt have to. my '07 suzuki forenza uaed to be like that. have someone sit in the passenger seat and see if the light turns off

It's funny because we took it to the dealership and they said they couldn't get the light to come on but when I got in my car at the dealership parking lot and started the car, the light was on. Of course the service dept was closed when I picked up the car so I couldn't show them. I have a picture of the light on my cell phone.
