99 civic dx cranks but wont start, need ideas?
 

car is completely stock

it will crank but wont start.

car drove fine in the morning, parked and then wouldnt startup.

-Changed the Coil
-Changed the PGMFI Relay
-Changed the fuel pump
-Changed Fuel Filter

Pulled spark plug 1 and cranked, it was sparking

Undid the fuel line, cranked, fuel came out

Need your suggestions on what else may cause this car not to start.

Only thing it has aftermarket is an alarm, but the car cranks, so its not the starter kill.

If spark is bright white at all 4 spark plugs, then check the mechanical timing. The timing belt may have skipped some teeth.

Any CEL codes?

no codes, if there was spark wouldnt the engine just run like crap?

Weak spark generally won't run the engine.

I drove my integra to work and shut it off. When i went to leave it wouldnt start and it had fuel and spark. It jumped timing. So I'd agree with this guy and Check your timing
