92 integra starting problems

hi
i have a 92 integra gsr that im having trouble with. couple weeks ago i was driving then all of a sudden it just stalled out on me. i have changed the distributor on it that day and it started up just fine but then right when i drove it bouts a mile or two it died again so i towed it back to the house. since then i've been trying to crank it up but nothing...the fuel pump was working fine but then as of now i cant hear it priming at all...i just replaced the mfr today and it started right up again but as soon as i took it down the road it died again..not sure whats the problem. when u turn the key to on it's silent and sometimes i would hear something like a short circut kind of noise from the mfr...help me please if u can cause im getting tired of buying parts for the car thats not neccassary

main relay, replace that, its unnder the driver side of the dash. Brown square deal. Known issue for hondas/acuras of that year. It controls the pgmfi

Simple enough to test...

Test the yellow/white lead at the PGM-FI Main Relay plug for power, from fuse 38-10A, [hot at all times] in engine bay fuse box.

If there is power on the yellow/white...

Unplug the PGM-FI Main Relay and use a jumper to connect the yellow/white with the yellow/black, there are two (2) yellow/blacks, one is fuel pump power the other is fuel injector power, one of them will turn on the fuel pump, the other will supply power to the fuel injectors, either way, if the fuel pump does not turn on, jumping to either one, the pump is bad.

If the pump does work, check the ground, [black] for the PGM-FI Main Relay and for switched power to the PGM-FI Main Relay, black/yellow, fuse 24-15A, [hot in run and start] in under dash fuse box and the blue/white, fuse 18-7.5A. [hot when cranking to start only] in under dash fuse box. 94
