60mm vs 70mm exhaust on a b18c?

are there any significant gains to be had by going from a 60 to 70mm exhaust on a b18cr engine? most of the dynos ive seen are 3in exhausts so im not sure if its relevant to my case

I have a 70mm, about 3whp loose vs 3.0''.
I should went 3.0''.
