K24 Block w/ K20 Head
sorry if this is obvious but
I would imagine it would be pretty similar to the common golden eagle B20/Vtec. but again i'm not that familiar with K-series and trying to learn, so it possible to achieve Vtec with that setup? and if so is there a full conversion kit out there? thanks |

Both engines are vtec to begin with.
To my knowledge you simply remove the k24 head and replace with k20. But PLEASE do your homework. |

I've heard that they have been done but never seen one in person, but some things i would like to know are: is it struggle to get everything to fit, are things like shaving, relocating, and custom pieces necessary? thanks |

there's a million threads on k series swaps. hybrid racing has an entire writeup on it also.
they don't even make a non-vtec k series. some are just for efficiency, some are for performance. |

k swaps arent cost effective unless you can get one for a steal, the money it costs just to put 1 in civic is ridiculous, just put it this way unless you got 8 to 10 grand to drop your better off going with a d,b,h series, also the modifications you have to do is a pain my recommendation is stick to what you know
