Door lock problems

Hi i just bought a 99 Honda Accord Ex. When i bought it everything was in great shape with the exception of the door locks. For one it had no FOB, but im going to buy one off ebay and program it myself for like 40 bux. But when you press the power lock switch some of the locks dont go up and down. You can hear em like click and stuff though. Been trying to do a little research on it, and it sounds like door lock actuators? My question is do i need to replace all four actuators? any insight would be appreciated.

The buzzing and clicking are signs of the lock acctuator going out. The item you are looking for is item 6 and 28. 6 is the acctuator and 28 is the assembly.

i can trouble shoot this with you, but I need you to run a few tests, 1 doors do not lock or unlock with driver door switch? 2, doors do not lock or unlock with passenger door switch? 3, doors not lock or unlock with key in driver or passenger door outer lock cylinders? run these few quick tests get back to us. it will pin point your problem. if you want to just pm me.

90% of the time its the actuators, just do the above and I can tell you which one is giving you problems

Do your locks make a buzzing sound? the broken ones?

If so take apart the lock actuators themselves and look inside for a small spring. It should have busted loose from it's plastic retaining slot. Get a shim (Small machine screws work great) and shim that spring back under compression in it's hole. Will fix the issue.
