2003 Accord shaking, wobbling, vibration under acceleration. Help!!!

The car is a 2003 Honda Accord EX Sedan, 4cyl, automatic, 106k miles, 100% Stock!

I am experiencing a shaking/vibration/wobble (feels like the lug nuts are loose), through the steering wheel, driver & passenger seats, and floor board when accelerating. The vibration occurs when the car reaches 2,700 rpms, in any gear, under light to moderate acceleration. There is transmission fluid leaking from where the axle joins to the transmission. I suspected bad axles, so both were replaced. This helped with the shaking, but not by much. All the suspention components are tight and snug. The tires are brand new, balanced, and fresh alignment.

I read about the differential bearing going bad, causing a leak where the axles join the transmission. Would this also cause a wobble under acceleration? Anybody else have a similar experience?

I don't think this is the case, but will throw it out there anyways. I had a vibration during any speed, and got worse as the speed increased. Turns out one of my tires had a bubble on the sidewall of the tire. I replaced it, and it went away. You said you have new tires, but my tires were pretty new as well.
