Skunk2 Coilover sleeves?
I have Omni Power Coilovers on my EG. Its lowered 1.5 inches, and the ride is ridiculously bumpy. Turns out these are drag Coilovers so there's my problem. Do I have to get a whole new set of Coilovers to have a bit of a softer ride? Or can I get Skunk2 Coilover sleeves, which have a lower spring rate, for a softer ride. (That would also be much cheaper than buying a new set of Coilovers).

Re: Skunk2 Coilover sleeves?
from my experience with coil overs most are a bumpy ride somewhat, but i have felt much worse with drag coilovers. mainly its going to have alot to do with the shock you use. stock struts are deff a NO NO

I have full coilovers, so the shocks are not stock. Basically I am wondering if the skunk2 coilover sleeves will fit on the Omni Power's.

OP, the sleeve will NOT work, you basicly already have it. The spring on the other hand may fit. But, I wouldn't being using skunk2 springs. |
Re: Skunk2 Coilover sleeves?
IMO skunk2 is a crappy spring/coilover but that's just based on my experience.
