1990 Accord Coupe Power Steering Problem

I just replaced my steering rack and power steering pump on my 1990 Honda Accord and now it as if i have no power steering at all. I did bleed the system and it does have fluid in it. I'm not sure what the problem is. Is there a specific bleeding procedure I need to follow? I am at a loss. Any help would be appreciated!

Did you use Honda PS fluid?

Did you use new parts?Looks like the pump isn't working or there is serious blockage somewhere. What was the cause of changing those parts?

I'm afraid it would be a defect part if there's fluid and has been bled properly. There's only one way to bleed the system is to slowly steer it side to side.

I just replaced my pump a month ago with brand new Honda P/S fluid and bleed it exactly the way I explained it. Works fine for me.
