Oil Pump Gasket

Got a 95 Honda Accord EX V6 2.7L and i've got an oil leak coming from between my oil filter housing and my oil pump. I've come to the conclusion it's the oil pump gasket (#31 below) and i was just wondering if anyone on here has ever replaced this gasket before and if so how hard is it to do? I'd like some pointers and suggestions if possible as there isn't very much room to work in that area at all and i'd like to have a plan before i go tackling this thing. Thanks for any input.

It doesn't look too bad, but maybe the clearance between the chasis and engine may be a tight spot to work with.

#31 is likely an o-ring. This is the back of the oil pump from my F22a1. I was puzzled, and even posted a thread about the lack of gaskets Honda uses on oil components, especially where the surfaces mate. The entire perimeter of this oil pump does not have a gasket! You just use Hondabond (RTV). So, when you remove the oil filter bracket to replace the o-ring, I'd recommend cleaning the surfaces where they mate (acetone worked great for me) and applying a bead of Hondabond. Unfortunately, I already had the engine pulled when I did all of this, so I can't be much help in the "how hard will it be?" department. Good luck!
