help h22/h2b wont start up
 
I just finish putting my motor back in my car. The car won't start or crank. Only a click sound from the starter but I test the starter is still good. I push start the car it will start but it die when I let go the gas. Please help

Make sure that all the engine grounds are in place. As for the clicking with the starter make sure the spade connector is tight on the starter connection. If it still clicks pull it apart and clean it if you don't have another starter handy.

I pulled this link from hondata, make sure the idle control routing is correct. Adjust accordingly if not... Hope this helps.

thanks....i got it start up it was the starter, but now got another problem..the engine won't stay on running i gotta press the gas pedal to keep the engine running but the moment i let go the gas pedal the engine die.....i did a compression test it i got 160-180-180-190 is that good or bad...can it be my headgasket made my compression test low, the headgasket kinda thick too...there no check engine light on. im guessing it my valves or pistons ring.....or my timing belt..... what do u guy think
