EVAP solenoid valve/flow switch help

New to forum but have probably read 1000 posts so far in the week since I've bought this '96 EX wagon, auto.

Two EVAP pieces were broken when I bought it. The bottom nipple on the "VALVE ASSY., PURGE CONTROL SOLENOID", and the tee that connects the vacuum line from the solenoid to both the canister and the "SWITCH ASSY., PURGE FLOW (A37)". I replaced the tee and epoxied the solenoid nipple back on. The nipple is on there solid with no leaks or obstructions. I'm gratefull for the diagram provided by Dannyvho here:

The second PDF (B111), ACCORD 4D 1996 KA LX 4AT, B-1-11 PURGE CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE ('96,'97), is exactly how my evap is plumbed under the hood.

Took it to get emissions and it failed HC by almost double the max (2.25 measured vs. 1.20 max) and CO even worse: 76.4 measured vs. 15.0 max. The emissions test place gave me graphs of the purge rate, CO, and HC, and it looks like the EVAP system is out of control. The car runs fine. Compression is 160psi x 4 @ 5280' altitude...corrected to sea level I think thats around 185psi. New plugs, no misfire, runs very strong. The only thing I've done to the engine is clean out the EGR ports, change the oil, and change the air filter, plus the new plugs. No vacuum leaks at idle. It passed Oregon emissions two months ago (I don't have the readings, just the pass sheet) and Colorado emissions a year ago, but I noticed that the NOx was kinda' high so I cleaned the EGR ports. They were filled solid.

So, thinking either the PO or I screwed up the EVAP system, I thought I'd troubleshoot it using my FSM, but it's for a '94 Accord and it doesn't show the troubleshooting flowchart for how my '96/auto is plumbed. Does anyone have these (I think) two pages that they'd be willing to post? It's an F22B2.
