P1166 (APrimary HO2S (No. 1) Heater System Electrical)

2003 Honda Civic SI hatchback
78000kms

Checked the following fuses:

No. 14 OPTION (30A) fuse in under-hood fuse/relay box.

No. 2 +B LAF (A/F) HEATER (20A) fuse in under-dash fuse/relay box.

No. 4 ACG (10A) in under-dash fuse/relay box.

All of them seem to be OK and intact,

the thing is when i touch the car after its been running I get a large electric shock... exposed wire?

Possible that it didn't blow a fuse even if its grounding out?

Wow a shock huh? Could be possible if the current is constant that it doesn't blow a fuse but I would hope it would lol I haven't run into this issue yet. I'm intrigued

Going to swap out the fuses mentioned above with new ones and see if it changes anything.. if not looks like im gonna be chasing wires.... :(

Anyone ever experience their O2 senor wiring shorting out... maybe possible places where this is prone to happen on the EP3?

If it is a constant current can i swap out the 20A fuse for the A/F Heater undder the dash with a 15A and see if it blows? Would that send me in the right direction or will the normal current that is supposed to be passing through there greater than 15A and would blow it anyways?
