Hey guys I cracked my front bumper, a clean crack on the side of my ek. so how hard and what is the process of plastic welding this area, or should i just go and get a new bumper? Ill be painting the whole car next year hopefully. Thanks!

if u know how to do it yourself u can save money by fixing it yourself. plastic welding is somewhat out-dated (although you can still do it) look into evercoat's bumper plastic repair kit. they also have a video on how its done. evercoat.com if that doesnt help, then jump off a cliff.

I use 3M Automix, metal mesh, and tons of proper prep work when I fix bumper cracks.

I would just get another bumper that have no crack because less work to do and less problem down the road..

So does the automix stay somewhat flexible? I would DO the 3M and mesh on the back and then glaze it as per usual on the outside? Im game just to learn a new skill lol! and a bit cheaper i guess.
