2000 cr-v will not warm-up!
 

New here! But,,I've searched and find no answer...The crv will not warm up above 1/4 on the gauge when moving.(will at stop but cools off at speed) I would consider this great if not for my torque convertors failure to lockup when cool. Mileage now suks... I got the crv last summer and was surprised by this when cold weather came..HEP ME!!!!:cry:

It may be a faulty Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor, which can make the ECU believe the engine is at normal operating temperature when it is not.

your thermostat may be bad and stuck in the open position...always cooling your engine and never reaching normal tempreature. + your heater in the winter would'nt work as well. Take it out and test it... in some hot water...and see if it opens and closes...
