1 wire to 4 wire o2, 92 CX...
ok. so i had a 92 civic CX and i am swapping in a mini-me (b7 block z6 head) and is being run by a p28.
sooo. i was curious about the o2 sensor. i have found ways to do this by running wires to the ecu directly, but all the article that i have found to do this utilize the stock d15b7/8 wire harness. i am using a d16z6 wiring harness so it already has the 4 wire o2 sensor plug on it. is it just plug and play the or do i still need to run wires? yes i have tried searching to no avail. thanks for any help. |

a d15b7 motor is already obd1. if you're using a d16z6 harness, then your set to go. just plug and play for the most part.

Re: 1 wire to 4 wire o2, 92 CX...
Because your civic is a '92 its 100% plug and play with the EX/Si engine harness. '92 only civics had vtec prewired to the shock tower plugs, as well as the additional wiring for a 4 wire O2 sensor on CX models.
