Converting OBD2 Alternator to OBD1
Is there any way to convert the OBD2 integra alternator plug to work with the OBD 1 integra plug without cutting or splicing it? Can I open the alternator and modify the plug to use the OBD1 circular plug instead of the OBD2 rectangular harness plug? What number on the diagram do i change? I remember reading a post here on this forum regarding converting an OBD2 alternator to an OBD1 alternator

Re: Converting OBD2 Alternator to OBD1
can this be done with a obd2 d series alternator. I have a obd1 alt on my b16a and im converting my harness over to a ex harness obd2. so can i take the internals or plug out of the obd2 d series alt. and put it in my obd1 case. I need to use the plug style off the d series alt.
