brake flush

ok so this spring i have RSX calipers going on my civic. Im also removing ABS, changing the prop and hopefully a bigger M/C.
My question is this, I want to completely flush and replace all brake fluid in the system. What is the best way to get the old fluid out, blow through the lines with compressed air? or is it the type of thing that should be left to gravity?

Just bleed as usual. I use a vacuum pump.

thanks guys. I Just want to get as much of the 10 year old fluid out as possible, i think ill just disconnect all lines at the calipers and let it drip dry for a couple weeks.
