Del sol heater problem
 

Well today while I was driving I heard something making like a fan noise. Found out it was the heater, it works but as I set it higher the noise gets louder. What should I do?

I thought this was obvious, but the blower motor gets louder when you turn the fan up.

I think you should take out the blower assembly and clean out all the dirt. When I replaced my heater core, the blower housing and the core itself was full of leaves and pet hair from the previous owner. Check it out, good luck.

That is obvious, but it was never this loud.
