cigarette lighter outlet not working. help please

i recently bought a gps and found out that my lighter outlet doesnt work. Does anyone know where the fuse box is at for the lighter outlet? or is it something else besides my fuse?

FYI
There's a link to the Fuse Info in the FAQs.

If the fuse is good, pry/remove the Power Socket from it's position and inspect the plug on the back. Make sure nothing is bent or corroded, and that it's properly connected to the Power Socket.
You may also want to test it for voltage while the key is turned to On Position I (Acc)

Just a shot in the dark, did you have the ignition in the "on" or "accessory" position. Annoying feature of Honda's is that the 12v outlet doesn't stay powered on when the vehicle is off.
