Are you sure it is the rear main again or maybe a tranny input shaft seal?

after I took it apart again I used the biggest feeler gauge I had (.027) between the seal and the crank, It went in and all around with no resistance, maybe I just got the wrong seal

after a while the rear main seals wear a groove into the crank, if you by chance lined up the lip on the new seal with that groove it will probably leak on ya
