after finding out what board you have, buy this:

and click on the instructions for which board you have here:

i plan on using it on a stock block b20z2. and a stock gsr head combo. i have 2 p75's laying around. just wanted to try converting one for the sake of learning. i check one of the ecu's and its a 1980. looking at my ecu there appears to be small baige components already installed at the j5, j4, j3 location. the link says

" If any components are installed in those places already, leave them there as some ECUs have those components installed already."

were they refering to these locations or do i need to remove them and jump them with just new legs?

whatever's on the instructions for the 1980 board. it specifies if it's there, leave it there. if j5,j4,j3 is not listed for removal on the instructions, leave them there.
