Dash Lights Dim
 

2001 Honda Accord Val. Package.At night time Dash lights dimmer than usual......guages and tach working..just dim lights across dash including radio and clock...battery good, dealer installed alternator 2 months ago, grounds ok...recent snow=salt/slag that was just washed off at Auto Bell.....any ideas appreciated.

Any car stereo amps, speakers, subs, or deck?? Also how old is your car battery?? And make sure you have no build up on your battery terminals.

thanks for the quick responses. this is a great site....jwicecoldthe battery is only about a year old...terminals not 'that bad' but will clean again and see what happens....thanx again to all you folks...

What about car stereo equipment though, have any?? If so check all grounds and pwer wires and even speaker and remote wires.
