Heater doesn't shut off when car shuts off.

my car is a 92 honda civic dx with a b16 swap,

when i turn my ignition off, the heater stays on. i dont iunderstand it, sometimes it dies like a little bit after i turn off the key, and sometimes it keeps going for a long time. has anyone else had this problem? please help H-T!!!!

i had the same prob after i took out all my a/c stuff my climate control would stay on. I removed the a/c fuse under the hood and that fixed the prob.
