SAI is steering axis inclination. Courtesy of http://www.mgf.ultimatemg.com/...f.htm:

Do you have a camber kit? That may cause your SAI to be out of spec.

What is your included angle? why is caster off? Has the car ever been in an accident?

included angle is 7.5 (RANGE 5.6 9.6) Car has never been in a accident since ive owned it and thats been 10yrs. dont kno why caster is differ on each side. its within spec tho. maybe one of the radius rods isnt tightned as far as the other?

my car has been in an accident, and castor is not the same.

is that a bad thing?

usually caster is around .5 degree higher on the right to help against pulling due to the crown on the road... if it is equal on both sides that usually leads to a pull
