Engine torque specs JDM B16A ASAP

I need the haed bolts, intake manifold bolts, exhaust manifold bolts, and sequence. water pump tq. specs too. Thanks

head bolts-step1 22ft lbs step2 53 ft lbs
exhaust manifold 25 ft lbs
just tighten the water pump with out braking the bolts
head sequence go's:
8.6.2.4.10
9.3.1.5.7
