97 Accord turns over but wont start

We tried replacing the distributor 3 times, got all new plug wires, and we still aren't getting any spark. We are testing the spark by touching the threads of the plug to the block, but we don't see any spark at all. I doubt all four plugs went out at the same time. Is there anything else that anyone can suggest checking?

the engine check light isn't on and we don't have a scanner, if thats the kinda codes ur talkin about. Idk if i can use a paper clip and just jump the wires like i can on my teg, but if you think that would yield any results, i could try. I just need to know where the wires are.

Blk / Yel wire at distributor should have 12 volts with key on. There is no fuse protecting the distributor, power comes from the ignition switch. I show several wire diagrams based on which Accord (DX, LX.....) and which engine please. How many wires on the distributor harness.

Check whether the distributor is getting electrical power. Info is given by Duane. Is your coil and/or igniter internal or external?
