timing belt tensioner what size is it???
 

like title says..... and i cant get my belt on without loosening the tensioner.....right? any suggestions i just pulled the head off now need to put the timing belt back on.

good luck trying to slip that belt on without undoing the tensioner.........just do it properly......i can guarantee you will fight with it over an hour before figuring out it's easier to take 5 minutes to undo the tensioner and time it properly....

thats why i was asking what size it is. i heard it was a 14mm bit mine looks to be a 17mm. and without taking the cover off i cant access the tensioner. i wasnt asking for a shortcut.

hmmmm mine has like a 16 1/2 mm bolt https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...s/emsmileo.gif ..... to big for 17mm and 11/16 ....and 16mm and 5/8 were too small. i dont know what size it is and i dont want to round it off. its a wierd ass size and i dont know why theres not a 14mm bolt on the tensioner. gay!!!!
