2004 Civic, CAN'T FIND TRANSMISSION DRAIN PLUG
I've changed transmission fluid many times in other cars. I found out that there is no pan, no filter. I just need to pull the plug and go from there. Well, I looked everywhere and I can't find the Drain Plug. If someone can help I'd be very greatful.

OK I found a plate that had 2 bolts holding it in. Undernieth there is a gold thing sticking out with a small screw on it. It looks like its connected to something I don't want to mess with, but is this what I'm looking for. I'm new to this car and I don't want to break anything. Please Help.

not sure if it's the same on an auto (not sure what you have, auto or manual) but on a manual here's the bolt you need to remove circled in white, at the bottom - this is for an older civic, so it won't be at the same location for your car - just look around:

fyi ...manual's dont have a filter...
