97 Honda Accord NO Compression Help???

ok I picked up a 97 honda accord the other day and the guy told me that the cam broke or somthen and he picked up a new cam for it from honda and one of the cam holders broke so I went to the salvage and picked up some parts put em in and I thought I got it all the way back in time but I might be wrong! But the car is firing and getting spark but it woulnt start so I did a compression check and it was 0000 all the way across.

So my question is if the car is out of time will it have any kinda compression or does anyone have a clue what the problem could be and what I am missing

Thanks https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif

no compression = broken timing belt. with a honda broken timing belt = rebuild motor unless it was at idle.
