how to change headlight bulbs in 2001 v6 accord

how do you change the headlight bulbs in a 2001 v6 accord...? i know in my friends I4 is easy as it has so much room, but the v6 model has alot of stuff in the way... so is the only way to change it is by dropping the bumper? or is there a way with out having to drop the bumper? thanks!

break out your manual if you need a how-to

you do not have to remove the bumper, i forgot how it did it but you can slip your hand to it, well, you can if you don't have some butcher's hands

Its exactly the same as the 4cyl. No different. Low beams shouldnt run you into cleareance issues with fat hands. The high beam though, thats a little rough but can be done without dropping the bumper.

on the driver side lowbeam there seems to be a plastic tray in the way or something is that removeable?

The passengers side you should have no problem. On the drivers side there is a plastic piece blocking it, but it pops right out. You should be able to do it fine, I could and I am 6' 3" with pretty big hands.
