CAN A BAD ALTERNATOR CAUSE WEAK SPARK AND SHORT OUT IGNITION COILS?

I BUMPED MY BATTERY INTO THE FIREWALL AND EVER SINCE THE CAR HAS EXTREMELY WEAK SPARK AND WONT TURN OVER. IVE GONE THREW 2 IGNITION COILS AND ONLY ONE WORKED FOR ABOUT 20MINUTES AND THEN WENT OUT?PLZ HELP

Check the ignition fuse under the hood and make sure its not blown.

you probably have a bad connection, check all wires that run to the starter, alternatop and any ground wires running from the battery

does the ignition module control spark?
