92 Accord Oil leak by Oil filter

I just bought a 92 Honda Accord and besides the Taillights not working it has a bad oil leak coming from the Oil Filter area while running, is there some plug or anything that might be worn out near this area? I've removed the Oil filter and it has a nut in the center witch seams to remove this offset shaft that might be the problem but need better advice. thanks
Rob

EX,LX, or DX??? Some have intercoolers between the block and filter that have a big 'O'ring under them, and the oil pressure sending unit [known leaker] is directly above the oil filter.

It’s an EX model, It might very well be that Oil cooler deal since that the only place I can see flowing from. Just in case, are both items fairly simple to remove and replace? Thanks

Help me out here before I start emailing "Scotty Killer", I also am having the same problem. Before I start spending money on oil sealers and other stuff that I may not work or need . I've taken off the oil cooler and check out the o ring and it doesn't look bridle or old but the oil leak is coming from that area. Right above it there is a Allen key that there to be tighten or loosen. Is that where another o-ring be at in that spot? Please let me know save me from the headaches thanx
