LS Turbo B18B1 CRX Si Build Up Suggestions

this is my set up, just got the car a couple of weeks ago:

CRX Si 1988
B18B1 Motor out of a 96 LS with about 90,000 miles
90-93 Tranny, Dizzy, Throttle Body, ECU
Stock Cat 2.25 cat back exhaust

now the turbo kit i have is the Apexi Ball Bearing turbo kit with the IHI ball bearing turbo. i have a front mount intercooler, bov, greddy turbo timer.

list of the stuff i am buying before i put the turbo kit on

- new clutch,prolly exedy stage 1 or 2
- fidanza 7.5 lb flywheel
- Apexi SAFC 2
- low compression headgasket
- blockguard
- 3 in exhaust
- darkstarsracing crossmember/traction bar
- drag radials on 14 in steelies

now what else can i do or get to safely run 10 psi without worrying at all. i really dont want to buy pistons because all i found were 9.0:1 pistons but the stock compression is 9.2:1 so i really dont wanna do that.

would converting to obd1 and runnin an obd1 teg ecu make any big difference before and after turbod?

you said you have 90-93 dizzy.ecu..etc..
Are you sure you dont have obd1 already because the 90-91 teg is obd0 but the 92-93 is obd1 ..
And I would only trust the safc for low boost because the thing takes away fuel and you dont want that to happen when you have a turbo pushing more air.
Look into uberdata 0bd1----turboedit for obd0....Its free..all you have to buy is the chip burner...Its similar to hondata without the price https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...s/emsmilep.gif
..And when you get the turbo set-up on..the first thing you should do is have it towed to a reputable tuner..tuning is costly but its worth it..
