CRV Timing Belt replacement schedule

I checked Honda's maintence schedule on my 97 CRV and
it said 105,000 miles for timing belt replacement.
Can this be trusted since all early hondas always recommended at 60K?

dont know if it is diffrent but here in the uk it is changed at 72000 miles
