A baseball bat would do EXACTLY what you need it to do, ROLL YOUR BLOODY FENDERS!!

Stop whining and roll your fenders already. Why pay someone else to do a 10 min job?

Spray some paint or rust inhibitor on the area that was rolled under the fender so it doesnt rust..

body hammer and patience. be very careful not to crack the paint on the fender, if you have a dremel or die grinder cutting them out is not a bad way to go.

Well it's hard to visualize but I've seen it done like this. With all wheels still on the car you stick a baseball bat/pipe between the tire and fender. Push the bat/pipe down so you will be putting force on the fender pulling it outward. Have someone in the car either SLOWLY drive or roll the car backwards while you roll the bat/pipe along the fender pushing it down to pull the fender outwards.

Nascar calls it a "Roush-Roller.."

Where I have actually used this is on a
wrecked car to get the fender off the tire
so it could be driven after a wreck.. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif
