Mazworx D2B Adapter Kit | D-Series w/B-series transmission
Available now for 92-95 Civic's! Available for the 88-91 Civic/CRX Taking pre-orders!!!!!
We are proud to release our D2B adapter kit. This will let you use a B-series transmission to any D-series engine. The kit comes complete with all hardware needed to be a bolt on application. It also lets you use the B-series axles and intermediate shaft. All you will need to do is send us your B-series bellhousing so we can machine it and set dowel pins in for you.
The kit includes:
Mazworx D2B transmission adapter plate
Mazworx D2B driver side mount ( uses 3 post mount) If you dont already have this mount, it is available through Honda with part#
11910-P07-000 - mount
90041-P07-000 - left stud
90042-P72-000 - right stud
Mazworx D2B intermediate shaft bracket
Mazworx D2B Rear transmission t-bracket.
All bolts and hardware.
Get this kit paired up with a Competition Clutch steel flywheel made for D-series crank/B-series clutch for $829.00 SHIPPED!
At the moment, the kit is available for the 92-95 Civic (EG). The 88-91 Civic/CRX ( EF), and 96-00 Civic (EK) will be available soon.

You will first install supplied dowel pins into the block. This will aid in the proper alignment of the adapter and transmission.
Then you will install the adapter plate to the block and install 2 provided bolts on the right side of the plate.
Bolting of the axle bracket assembly to the block
Transmission bolted onto the plate using the factory top 2 bolts and lower right one behind the slave cylinder provided.Then all you do is bolt the supplied rear t-bracket, factory trans upper mount and provided driver side mount and drop the motor back in.
Then you will install the adapter plate to the block and install 2 provided bolts on the right side of the plate.
