Painting the engine bay without removing the engine?

Painting the engine bay without removing the engine?
Okay so I'm getting my car painted electron blue this week(B-95P is the color code I think?) and it's a color change from red.
The shop won't yank my engine out for the paint, and hving a red engine bay would kill my car.
So what my question is, is how can I paint the engine bay myself WITHOUT removing anythin from my bay?
I heard use degreaser and clean it good, let it dry, tape off everything (bags, tin foil, and masking tape) ten prime and get to work.
And no, I don't trust myself enough to pull my engine out, I like how it's running now.
Any help would be MUCH appreciated
I hve a del sol with a b18 in it if that make any difference.

That's what I'm afraid of. And unfortunately I'm in the other sunny state Florida, how much would u charge tho just to pull the engine and paint the bay? So I can have a price to go off of. Thanks

i would say its kinda standard for someone with a shop to charge 500 just for motor swap, i would do that personally, then u sand it down or take it to the shop to get painted, or work out a deal 250 to remove and 250 to install when ur ready, is this ur daily?

in reality its not to hard if ur mechanically incline u only really need basic tools other than a hoist, if not.... then i would say just leave ur bay how it is
