overspray removal on rubber window seal
1992 civic hatch quarter window seal
I have been working for about a week tryin to remove horrible overspray off a rubber quarter window seal. I got a large portion off but the little knicks and crannys are still bad.
1. Will a claybar work?
2 Would forever black cover the overspray ive heard it can be used on rubber with good results.
3. Some googling has led to alot of posts saying painting the seal with plastidip actually works great and when peeled off later the plastidip pulls up some overspray.
Im just frustrated at this point and the overspray is ratrle can lime green im getting the car repainted in a week or so back to tahitian green any suggestions appreciated.
