how do you the panel under the tail light on a 96-2000 civic coupe?
so as you can see from the picture, i got hit from the back by a dumb *** when i stopped at a red light..( oooh yeeah, getting cashed out) anyways im going to replace my bumper. LUCKILY my quarter panel wasn't damaged. but that little panel under the tail light is un-noticeably but slightly pushed in and dented. i managed to push the dent back out by taking out the tail light, but as you can see it's not perfectly flush with the quarter panel. It seems to be welded ( i thought it was one of those bolt on bolt off parts). is there any way to take it off? any suggestions on how to bend it back to fitment? what is the part number for it? thanks

there is a nut and a 10mm bolt holding it on. pull back the carpet in that area and look under the tail light
