H3 and H1 headlight - hardwire??
I have projector headlights that use H1 and H3 bulbs. The headlight harnesses on the drivers side need to be replaced...the plastic and threading is frayed and the harness has to be jiggled around before the headlight will come on, and it'll turn off randomly, etc.
The problem is in the harness that comes off of the headlight assembly...not the stock side. I was wondering if anyone knew where to get the harnesses at OR if I could just cut the connectors off of the headlight assembly AND stock side and just hardwire the headlight that way.
Actually, I wouldn't see a problem hardwiring it....the signal to the headlight isn't produced until the switched is flipped inside. But then again....I've never seen it done so.....
