uhhh.... its black over spray. im gonna try to cut the paint first, if not repaint. the paint is omni base coat and 5 star clear

Good job on the paint. I used to have a neon just like that with a stratus 2.4 swap which was turbo'd as well. They are fun and you can make them quite the talk of town with a little bit of tuning and suprising some of the "well-known" honda owners around. I gave up the domestic thing after a while, all the ****-talking and negative comments just overwelmed the suprise factor and the fun was lost. That was also back in like 2001-2002 or so. I have owned many Hondas/Acuras since and my current car is a 00 Integra LS turbo which is nice. Long story short, what ever makes you happy, good luck on your project, it seems to be moving along nicely.

I give you props for a. having the ***** to post a neon on h-t, and b. for doing all this work youself and building what hopefully won't be like a lot of neons I, at least, have seen that are just awful.
