Default Help 07 Pilot wont start after removing Karr Alarm and disconnecting battery

Car will not start. Removed KARR alarm system. My car is not recognizing my key and I do not see the green key at all. Now the additional problems after the KARR removed and battery disconnected and reconnected
Drivers master window control does not work. I can only roll down the drivers window
No interior light comes on when I open the door ( i can control from the light button)
No dash lights when the key is positioned to acc but when I try to crank over the dash lights come on less any sign of the green key
Driver side lock/unlock do not work
Immobilizer does not recognize keys
The car wants to start- but it wont turn over. I do not know if the alarm guy connected the wiring correctly after removing the alarm.
Any suggestions? I have checked all fuses..

Take it back to the "alarm guy." He didn't.
