Absolutely not. It will make them catch on fire and burn to the ground. Seriously though, what kind of built engine do you have? Is this for drag racing, circle track, autoX, etc.? Most just run water with some form of surfactant. Unless this is a built daily driver in a colder climate? If you are going to post in the All Motor forum then gives us some details to actually help you with. Things like platform, engine, purpose.

Most Hondas are fine with anything. Nobody in their right mind would use DexCool though.

Thanks for the input. The vehicle is just a 2007 Pilot, daily driver.
I guess I probably should have posted in a different area? I'm totally new to the site and just fumbling my way around at the moment.

Wondering about transaxle fluid and differential fluid as well. Is it worth buying it from Honda?

Oh... yes you are definitely in the wrong section. This is for high performance Naturally Aspirated builds. The section you are looking for is below:

But to answer your questions - Your vehicle shouldn't require a special antifreeze. For the transmission and differential fluids I personally would highly recommend OEM Fluids. For any compatability issues you could always read the owners manual that came with the car.
