Default 2004 Pilot no crank no start.

2004 pilot wouldn't start yesterday so we called for a tow. The tow truck driver got there stuck the key in the ignition and it started. I used the car yesterday and last night after the above occurred and it didn't have any problems. Drove my wife to work this morning having no problems starting the car until I got back in to leave. I turn the key the dash lights come on along with the green key light which blinks then goes out. The only noise made when turning the key to start is a clicking noise behind where the ignition is on the steering column. The ignition was just changed out by Honda so I have 2 ignition keys and the key to unlock the doors. Also the gauges or the dash lightd don't flicker and the headlights don't dim when trying to start so I believe the battery is good and nothing is drawing from the battery when I try to stay it.

I'd check the starter cut relay first thing. If it's intermittent, I bet you would have those symptoms.

This is from the 2006 FSM, so hopefully the 2004 is in the same location:
