I have My 2003 gloss black/red Honda Ruckus for sale. I have done significant cosmetic modifications to it since i purchased it such as an ATR 6.5 inch frame extension, Lowered Seat Frame, Btx Drag Handlebars, Daytona Handle bar clamp, turn signal delete, Relocated rear taillight (mounted under rear seat) accompanied by a shaved rear frame, flush trimmed rear fender, and a Relocated license plate. the only performance Modification was adding roller weights from the honda metropolitan which added some needed midrange to the powerband. I average between 37-40mph on flat ground and have gone 45 downhill. I average between 90-100mpg! This ruckus also has extremely low mileage for being an 03, it has less than 900 miles on it so practically brand new condition. people in the group i ride with have ruck's with up to 6000 miles on them and still running strong! I would like to get $2000 for it the only slight issue is the tab on it just expired in may so when the new owner registers it it will just be an additional $20 or so to renew the tab at the same time. This scooter is a blast to ride i want it to go to someone that has time to enjoy it! Feel free to call/text/pm me my number is 253-315-0231

Yeah i didn't want to jack up the thread, but its hard to buy an 8 year old ruck when a new one can be had for less...if the price was lower i'd be all over this...modded exactly how i would do it. (except it's missing the gy6 swap. )

not to be rude but first of all i have a really hard time believing that price... i shopped around for a while lookign for a new one. Renton Motorcycle, Hinshaws Motorcycle, and Tacoma motorsports the best price i could get out the door was 2250. and i had a 2 grand cash down payment and no one would budge. Tacoma Motorsports gave my friend that same 2250 price and he bought 2 at the same time. maybe its just your area but that seems a little off. that seems like the right price before you add licensing and assembly and all that other bullshit. feel free to post up a receipt or somethign and make me look like an idiot. also the price is there because its modified with quality parts and in a clean way and still under 1000 miles.
a used 09 could probably be had for less but not one that looks like this thanks for the input though!!

brand new 09's can be had $1899 in beaverton....out the door, cyclesports down here in eugene $1900 + title fees.....and they don't charge the bullshit setup fee.

But once again, your Ruck is really nice looking, dont think anybody is trying to take away from that man....glws.

yeah, they told me 1899 total out the door from beaverton as well...

but true, this one is tastefully modded with not **** for miles.... good buy as long as it wasnt laid over a bunch and not maintained..... seems ALOT of ruck riders neglect these cool little machines.

yeah 1899 out the door in BEAVERTON. Beaverton being located in....Oregon. no sales tax. this is in Washington, where even if someone bought it in Oregon they would have to come here to register and pay the sales tax, and licensing fees and all the other bullshit. just saying your not gonna get out the door in Washington for under 2 grand.
