Testing the waters... I haven't really considered all of the logistics, but is anyone on here interested in sharing a garage w/me? Garages close enough to me and within my budget for a garage posted on CL are pretty scarce. If I get at least one other person to go in on an industrial space with me, it might open up more doors.

I'm basically looking for something 20x20. More space would be needed the more people go in on renting the garage.

I figure I'll need it for a year or more.
